Warranty Exclusions
While our warranty is comprehensive, some exclusions apply, including:
Damage caused by third parties (e.g., accidental damage from DIY work).
Flood or storm damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Faults with appliances connected to your system (e.g., immersion heaters, timers, or pumps).
Electrical systems that we recommended for rewiring but have not been updated.
If an excluded issue arises, we’ll provide a clear breakdown of any remedial work required, with a fair and transparent quote.
